Through Yoga I help men to improve their mental and physical health so they can lead long and productive lives with mental and physical freedom.

Weekly in person classes as well as live on line classes using Zoom

Yoga, right? For men? Really?

I get it, guys. Thirteen years ago I felt the same way. Yoga wasn’t on my horizon, and if it was, I would have really struggled to have seen myself in a class. I really had no idea about what yoga was.

I started yoga at age 49, and my physical and mental well being has improved out of sight. I am now stronger, more flexible, and more mentally resilient than ever before.

Why not give yoga a try guys? You might just love it!

My aim is to help men attain better physical and mental health though the practice of yoga.
